Connect Culture Amp

Engagement scores + performance review status per employee.

Prerequisites

  • Culture Amp account admin with API access
  • A PerfCopilot admin account (the Connect button is only visible to admins)

1. Generate credentials in Culture Amp

  1. Sign in to https://www.cultureamp.com.
  2. Open Settings → Integrations → API.

  1. Click Generate token.
  2. Scope it for read:performance and read:engagement, then copy the token shown once.

Copy these values; you'll paste them in the next step:

  • API token

2. Paste into PerfCopilot

  1. Open Integrations on your PerfCopilot admin.

  2. Find the Culture Amp card and click Connect (or Manage if already configured).

  3. Paste each value into the matching field:

  4. Click Save.

3. Verify

Click Test in the drawer. Expected:

✅ Authenticated as your.name@company.com

If you see a red error, jump to Common errors.

Common errors

| Message | What it usually means | Fix | |---|---|---| | HTTP 401 | Token wrong. | Re-generate the token in Culture Amp → Settings → Integrations → API and re-paste. | | Workspace mismatch | Wrong API region — Culture Amp has US and EU endpoints. | See Culture Amp API regions and re-issue the token in the matching region. | | HTTP 401: <body excerpt> | Credentials rejected. | Re-check that you copied the full token, no leading/trailing whitespace. |
