Introduction

PerfCopilot is a writing layer for performance reviews. It reads the work your team already does, then drafts a cited, bias-checked review you can edit and paste wherever reviews live.

It does not replace your HR platform: keep Lattice, 15Five, BambooHR, or your own template. PerfCopilot just turns the evidence into a strong first draft.

Quickstart

Three steps get you a finished draft.

1. Connect a source. Authorize at least one tool over scoped, read-only OAuth in Settings, Integrations.
2. Pick a person and a review cycle.
3. Click Generate draft. PerfCopilot assembles the evidence and writes a cited, bias-checked review.

What you'll need

• A PerfCopilot account (free for teams up to 5).
• Connect access to at least one source, such as GitHub, Slack, or Jira.
• The list of people you're reviewing this cycle.

Bias checks

Before you see a draft, PerfCopilot runs fairness checks and flags issues inline: gendered language, recency, tenure, and vague filler. You resolve, dismiss, or rewrite each flag.

Exporting & delivery

Copy the formatted text or paste it into your HR platform. Submitting to HR produces a sealed PDF delivered by a magic link. Calibration-ready exports are available on paid plans.
